My name is Luana Dourado, I'm from Vila do Conde - Portugal, I was born in 2009, on the 27th of July, I'm 16 years old and I love playing sports, namely Bodyboard and football.
My current teams are:

FutSal - ADCR Caxinas Poça da Barca
On this site I will share with you my adventures in Bodyboarding.
I started bodyboarding when I was 11 years old at summer clinics and I never stopped.
I participated in the national championship for the first time in 2020, inexperience dictated my early withdrawal from the race, reaching 9th place.
In 2021, with a mistake, I was in 7th place.
I came back stronger in 2022 and became National Champion at the Under 14 and Under 18 levels.
In 2023, I renewed the title of my age group, Under 14, came in 2nd place in Under 18, traveled the Junior world circuit for the first time and became runner-up Junior World Champion.
2024 was a fantastic year in this sporting season, I managed to achieve the national and European title and vice-world title at the junior level. At senior level, the national title, European vice and world top 12.
The 2025 season continued the previous year, I managed to achieve the national title in the Junior category and second place in the European and World championships. In the senior category, I won the national and European titles and was in the world's top 15.
The calendar for the 2026 season is not yet available, for now I only know that it starts in May, with the Boogie Chicks stage in Carcavelos. This stage will count towards the National and European circuits.

O meu nome é Luana Dourado, sou de Vila do Conde - Portugal, nasci em 2009, no dia 27 de Julho, tenho 16 anos e adoro praticar desporto, nomeadamente Bodyboard e futebol.

Neste site vou partilhar convosco as minhas aventuras no Bodyboard.
Iniciei a prática de bodyboard com 11 anos nas clínicas de verão e nunca mais parei.
Participei pela primeira vez no campeonato nacional em 2020, a inexperiência ditou o afastamento precoce da prova alcançando um 9ºlugar.
Em 2021 com um erro fiquei-me pelo 7º lugar.
Voltei mais forte em 2022 e sagrei-me Campeã Nacional nos escalões de Sub 14 e Sub 18.
Em 2023, revalidei o título do meu escalão, Sub 14, fiquei em 2ºlugar em Sub18, percorri pela primeira vez o circuito mundial Júnior e sagrei-me vice Campeã Mundial Júnior.
2024 foi um ano fantástico nesta época desportiva consegui alcançar no escalão júnior o titulo nacional e europeu e vice mundial. No escalão sénior o titulo nacional, vice europeu e top12 mundial.
A época 2025 deu continuidade ao ano anterior, consegui alcançar no escalão Júnior o titulo nacional e vice no europeu e mundial. No escalão sénior o titulo nacional e europeu e top 15 mundial.
O calendário para a época 2026 ainda não está disponivel, para já apenas sei que inicia em Maio, com a etapa das Boogie Chicks em Carcavelos. Esta etapa contará para o circuito Nacional e Europeu.
